Eric, as Director of Sales and Client Service, is responsible for fostering eScribers' relationships with our clients and partners. Prior to joining eScribers, Eric enjoyed an 18-year career in business development and sales. Previously, Eric spent 15 years in the field of Corporate Governance and Investor Communications. Eric has an MBA in International Business and a BS in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton.

Jason is eScribers’ Director of Operations. Jason graduated Yeshiva University in 1995, and received a J.D. from Benjamin N Cardozo School of Law in 1998. Jason has been working for eScribers since October, 2006 and has been in his current position since June, 2008. Jason is a notary and has also worked as an electronic court reporter.

Rachel is the Client Accounts Manager for eScribers. Rachel received a J.D. from Fordham University in 1999 and practiced as an attorney for 9 years, primarily as a litigator. Rachel has been working with eScribers since 2006.

Dena, as Quality Control Manager, ensures that our transcripts are of the highest quality through ongoing training for our team and transcript review. Dena started working at eScribers in 2008 as a transcriber and is an AAERT-certified electronic transcriber (CET**D). Dena has a masters degree in education.

Caryn graduated with a BA in organizational communication from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994. Caryn is married with 3 children. Caryn has been working at eScribers since the company's inception in November 2005. Some of Caryn's tasks include hiring staff, organizing training sessions, working in customer relations, running the daily office work, and organizing company events.

Sabrina graduated from Hunter College in New York with a B.S. in Accounting. Sabrina previously worked for a publishing company and a telecommunication company in their accounting department. Sabrina works with Ben and Jason on job assignments, transcript production, and invoicing. Sabrina has also completed our training program and is a qualified transcriber.

Avi joined escribers as a litigation support analyst in 2013. Avi graduated from Yeshiva University in 2008, and received a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2011. Avi is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars.

Dave graduated from court reporting school in 1994, proficient on the stenography machine at 200 words per minute, and transcribed for court reporters in the San Diego Superior Court for 14 years. He simultaneously worked in medical transcription for 12 years. Dave is an AAERT-certified transcriber and has now joined eScribers’ operations team full-time to work with Jason, Sabrina and Avi.
